‘Rollout plans’ for several candidates are said to have been prepared by Biden’s political team. The campaign believe they could be informed of the presumptive Democratic nominee’s choice as early as today (Tuesday).
While an official announcement today is unlikely, some party staff believe it could be made tomorrow (Wednesday).
