The Liberal Democrats, Green Party and Plaid Cymru have agreed a pro-Remain electoral pact.

The Unite to Remain alliance between the Lib Dems, Green Party and Plaid Cymru have finalised a plan to step aside for each other in 60 seats across England and Wales in the general election.

The alliance is intended to give a free run to one pro-remain party in each constituency. Many of the seats most recently had pro-Remain Labour MPs who are standing for re-election.
