The cross-party bill, which will prevent a no deal Brexit on 31st October, has completed all its stages in Parliament.
The House of Lords completed its scrutiny of the bill this afternoon, making no changes.
The bill now awaits Royal Assent to become law. This is expected on Monday.
Once law, it will force the prime minister to request an extension to the Article 50 deadline if a deal has not been approved by Parliament by 19th October. Boris Johnson has said he would “rather die in a ditch” than ask for an extension.
